Arts Week 

Arts Week opened on Tuesday 29th July with the Staff vs Year 12 Students The Arts Trivia, which was a lot of fun shared by all. The Staff team (Ms Hoy, Ms Allen and Mr Wang) were the winners. A big thank you to the Theatre Studies students for your involvement and enthusiasm in The Arts Trivia. 

Quizzes took place on Wednesday during the Years 7-10 Performing Arts/Art classes. Congratulations to Charlie M. (Year 7) on taking out the win across the year levels.

Thursday lunchtime's Media film screening was enjoyed by all. The compilation of student films was excellent and provided great entertainment. Incredible work from the Media students.

Today's Open Mic session was fantastic. Well done to all the students who participated. It was great to see Year 7 students also singing, alongside the Year 10 - 12 students. Thanks to the staff and students who supported the music students by coming along at lunchtime.

All week, students were encouraged to create a piece of artwork for the Art Competition, 𝘛𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘮𝘺 𝘓𝘦𝘯𝘴. Thank you to all students who entered the competition. The winners were:

First place - Danbi L. (Year 9)

Second place - George K. (Year 11) 

Third place - Eleanor S. (Year 11)

The All-Rounder for Arts Week was awarded to George K (Year 11). George attended The Arts Trivia and Open Mic. George also entered the Art Competition and created the Media film screening compilation. Well done for your effort, enthusiasm and involvement in Arts Week.
