Tickets, Volunteering, Tees & Donations
With a month to go until ART FOR ALL kicks off, we’ve got a quick wrap up of key updates for you. If you missed last week’s newsletter you can find it here.
Tickets Now on Sale
- Come along to Gala Night, the official ART FOR ALL gallery opening on Saturday 30 August from 7 – 11pm. Enjoy canapes, music and incredible art. Drinks at bar prices.
- Family Fair Day Wristbands are on sale: choose ArtZone only ($15) or Do it All (includes ArtZone, rides and a kid’s lunch pack - $40)
Volunteering
To make ART FOR ALL a success we need the support of our whole parent community. Just two volunteer hours per family makes a big difference, and you’ll meet other parents too.
Special shoutout: Dara (mum of Zev in FC) needs at least four FPS parents to help set up and organise this year’s Gallery Shop, especially on Thursday and Friday before the big weekend. If you have previous experience at the shop, your help is especially welcome.

Donate
Your family can donate arts and craft supplies for the Art Zone. Please leave the following items on the hallway table near the main school office.
- Buttons
- Pipe cleaners
- Sequins
- Beads
- Paper plates
- Mini art pompoms
- Coloured art feathers (not real feathers)
- Shoe boxes (no lids)
- Small clean boxes (smaller than 20cm)
- Star or circle / dot stickers
- Clean white bedsheets
Tie-dye is back, so start collecting white items. We'll also upcycle clothing into wearable art inspired by Yuki Kusama… more info soon.
Final Opportunity for T-Shirts
For a limited time, the coveted ART FOR ALL t-shirt is available for purchase. If you missed out the first time around, or want another tee, this week is the final opportunity to place an order. Sales close Friday 1 August.
Note: to ensure a fast turn-around, we are using a different supplier. Please check the sizing chart as it may be slightly different to the first round of production.
