Help shape Healthy Futures in Brimbank!

Are you a young person with disability aged 5 to 25, or a family member/carer living in Brimbank?

AFDO is inviting expressions of interest to participate in Healthy Futures, a new community wellbeing project that will be co-designed with local young people and families.

Participants will help shape inclusive sport, recreation, healthy food and community connection activities. 

Eligible participants in the co-design consultations will be paid for their time.
