Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden (SAKG)

Garden
We have been working hard to repel the ravens away from our garden. The students have hung C.Ds to reflect the sunlight, sliver foil that flaps in the wind and string and plastic bags that move in the wind. Ravens are very clever and get used to these things and we will keep our garden safe with other ideas.
We have also been busy planting the spring seeds in mini hot houses. The seeds are starting to come up and will be moved inside the windows of multi purpose room to protect them from the birds.
Our Waverley Meadows Garden Guide is being worked on by all students in SAKG and is nearly ready to be printed. It will be on sale at our 50th birthday celebrations in November.
