***Please note that the TRECC has advised that prams will not be permitted in the seating area. There will be a pram station in the foyer.
ST NICHOLAS FEAST DAY - END OF YEAR - WHOLE SCHOOL MASS
Friday 5th December. All parents, family members, and friends are invited to attend. At this Mass, we will formally acknowledge and farewell our Year 6 students.
Time: 9:30am
Where: St Nicholas School Undercroft

YEAR 6 YEAR BOOK
Please note that the Year 6 Year Book is currently being compiled. We have photographs including students other than Year 6 (eg. buddies) throughout the Year Book and we need to make all aware that if you do not wish to have your child's photograph appear in the Year Book then you must notify the school as soon as possible.
SCHOOL FEES
As we approach the end of the 2025 school year, we kindly remind all families that school fees must be paid in full by the 21 November 2025 as outlined in your Statement of School Fees.
Timely payment of fees ensures that the school can continue to provide high-quality resources, programs, and support for all students. If you have already settled your account, we sincerely thank you.
For those with outstanding balances, we ask that payment be made by the 21 November 2025.

VERITAS
Our Veritas Awards stem from our school motto - ‘Veritas’ - meaning truth. The Veritas Award is awarded to students who have been consistently displaying citizenship, leadership and/or Christian Living. Students receiving a Veritas Award are those students who have displayed our ‘Rules for Living’ in their everyday interactions. We announce our Veritas award recipients at Friday morning assemblies every fortnight. Congratulations to: Oakley Gibson, Ava Harwood, Mabel Lane, Annabelle Radburn, Sophie Leys, Oscar Lintott, Addison Bartlett, Ryan Bailey, Lilly Gibson, Lacie Collett, Cali Walker, Taj Fitzgibbon, Myah Prussing, Paige Gwatkin, Sophie Ferguson and Jacob Anderson.
LEAVING OR RELOCATING?
Planning for the 2025 school year is well underway. Could we ask any families who may be relocating and will not be attending St Nicholas School next year to contact the office staff as soon as possible.

SUPERVISION OF STUDENTS
Supervision of students does not begin until 8.15am each day.
St Nicholas School gates will not be open until the arrival of the first school bus at approximately 8.10am. It is not appropriate for children to be at school before this time with no supervision.
If your child/ren require care before 8.15am we recommend you contact Esteem Kids Before and After School Care, which operate in the grounds of St Nicholas School.
