EPS Walkathon

We are thrilled to announce the outstanding success of our recent school walkathon, an event dedicated to raising funds for the Smith family’s mission to support children living in poverty. Thanks to the incredible efforts of our students, we managed to complete an astounding 7,052 laps! That’s a total distance of 3,526 kilometres – roughly the same distance as travelling from Melbourne to Perth!

Our students demonstrated remarkable commitment and energy, contributing to an event in both a fun and meaningful way. The top-performing classes showcased exceptional spirit and endurance. Congratulations to the top three classes:

- 3B: 525 laps

- 3A: 520 laps

- 5B: 245 laps

A special shoutout goes to Felix H (6B), who topped the individual efforts by completing an impressive 36 laps!

The funds raised from this walkathon will go a long way in supporting the Smith family’s initiatives, making a real difference in the lives of children in need. We are incredibly proud of our student’s hard work and dedication and grateful for the support from our school community for their work organising the event.
