Grandparents and Special Friends Day

On Monday, March 23rd, we were delighted to welcome our Grandparents and Special Friends to Bridgewater Primary School for a very special morning tea. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the important role these special people play in our students’ lives and to share a glimpse of our school community with them. The morning was filled with connection, conversation, and community spirit. It was lovely to see our learning spaces buzzing with visitors.

In the lead-up to the event, the excitement among the children was truly heartwarming with students eagerly preparing the morning tea items with Mr Stow and Miss Coffey

A highlight of the day was the visit from Bunnings, who ran a fantastic hands-on session for our students and their guests. Together, they created hula hoops, and it was a joy to see so many smiles, laughter, and teamwork as children worked alongside their special person. The activity was a great success and provided a memorable shared experience for everyone involved.

We would like to thank all of our Grandparents and Special Friends for attending and helping to make the day so special. We look forward to welcoming you back again in 2027 for another memorable celebration.

Thanks,

Bron Coffey
