Year 8 Tech Mandatory

Year 8 Tech Mandatory have kicked off their culinary experience for the year. Students observed and assisted in the creation of delicious apple crumbles. Cutting, measuring and cooking skills were tested to ensure students are ready for their own cooking adventures for Semester One. 

Exciting News for Our Cattle Program! 

Thanks to generous funding and support, we’ve successfully installed a brand-new cattle crush at the school to enhance our cattle program. A massive thank you to Richard Buck of Yass Delta for kindly arranging free transport for the crush, and to Red River Rural for the generous upgrade! 

To mark the occasion, Cosmo the cow was the first to test out the new crush. This new addition is going to be an invaluable asset as we gear up for the upcoming spring show season.

We can’t wait to see how this will help us take our program to the next level!
