GRADUATION TIMELINE

The Graduation Day is also a Prize and Awards Day for students in Year 10 and 11. As a Year 12 student, the ceremony is a celebration of your achievements at the College and the end to your compulsory formal secondary schooling.

Parking: 

Please follow the signs and park on the grassed area north of the residential shed and west of the farm workshop (as per Open Day parking arrangements). Visitors who have mobility and/or access issues can park in the main car park.

Dress Code: 

Students - Full school winter dress uniform: class shirt, long class pants (no shorts permitted), tie, college blazer, polished boots and clean Akubra hat (no sheep tags or other tags attached). Hair neat and tidy. Students who are inappropriately dressed or groomed will not take part in the ceremony.

Student Arrival Information: Students, please arrive and come to the Administration Foyer then go to Room 2 to receive your blazer. College blazers will be fitted and signed out through a process managed by the Administration Clerical Staff and must be returned immediately after the ceremony.

Schedule:

• 9.30 am - 10:00 am: Arrive - Sign in (Admin Foyer), then Year 12 blazer fitting (Room 2).
• 10.00 am: Light Morning Tea available outside the Gym/Dining Room entrance.
• 10.15 am: Year 12 Students assemble in Room 2 and follow instructions for a group photograph.
• 10.30 am: Year 12 Students assemble back in Room 2. 
• 10.40 am: Parents of Year 12 Students and other guests are asked to enter the gymnasium and to take their allocated seats. 
• 11.00 am: Year 12 Students enter the gymnasium.
• 11.05 am: Graduation and Prize Day commences. 

• 1.00 pm: Lunch - available in the Dining Room, photos and farewells.
