Careers Update

Year 10 Work Experience

Congratulations to the following students:

Akur Magot attended work experience at Lander & Rogers (Melbourne Law Firm) during the September school holidays. The Careers Team received great feedback: Akur displayed maturity and real professionalism and will have a bright future in Law if she pursues this pathway.

Blessing Tanuvasa attended Bacchus Marsh Police Station last week for work experience. Blessing observed behind the scenes watch house duties during the week and experienced going out locally on the roads in a patrol car. She also attended a local primary school for a pancake breakfast with members of Victoria Police as part of a community engagement program. 

Melton SC Alumni Student

Manar Mahfouz, Class of 2020 – a Western Chances Scholarship recipient, has been completing Bachelor of Exercise Science at Victoria University. On completion of further study Manar’s ambition is to be an Occupational Therapist . Manar, an accomplished swimming athlete, continues to train daily with her goal to represent Australia at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
