Happy Spring to Everyone!

We made it through the coldest and darkest part of the year! Hello Spring! 

It's great to see our garden bursting in all shades of green and blossom budding on the citrus trees. We are harvesting our cool season vegetables like kale, broccoli, snow peas and cauliflower. At the same time, we're starting to plan for summer and saw warm season herbs and vegetables in our greenhouse (thank you Mrs Casey).

We managed to turn the broccoli into a scrumptious frittata enjoyed by all.

The herb garden bed looks fabulous and healthy at this time of year. If you need any mint, coriander, parsley or lemon balm, send a gold coin with your child or see me after the 3:30pm bell Wed-Fri.
