The Science Fair

In May this year we welcomed four of our local Primary schools to Glenroy College to take part in our annual Science Fair. They were Fawkner, Dallas Brooks Community, Glenroy Central and Pascoe Vale North primary schools.

While the students were in attendance they got to participate with various activities in the science rooms, from separation of a mixture, making balloon powered cars, constructing a representation of a cell with lollies and even setting up a simple robot program in our digital technologies room.

The students were inquisitive and very well behaved so they were rewarded with a lovely BBQ lunch courtesy of the Lions club before a return to their schools.

We look forward to welcoming them back again next year.
