Junior School Sport
IPSSO
Winter IPSSO has now been cancelled for the rest of Term 3. We are hopeful that we will have the opportunity to play Winter sports in Term 4. In the meantime, our teams will continue to train for our Winter sports during our allocated sport time on Wednesdays.
Athletics Years 3-6
Over the past few weeks during our sport times, students have been able to trial for the 800m and compete in Shot-put, Discus and High Jump. We have been really pleased with the results the students have achieved and many have really surprised themselves with their achievements.

Footwear and Spikes
Spikes are permitted in the 100m, 200m and relay events. Maximum spike length is 7mm for track events. Spikes will not be permitted in 800m events. All competitors must wear footwear at all times on the day.

Grade Sport
Last Wednesday we had our AFL program start during our grade sport time. It was great to see students enjoying themselves learning new skills through modified games. Unfortunately, it was washed out this week but we look forward to learning more about AFL next week.
