You provide opportunities for those who may not otherwise find an opportunity and for that I am very thankful. 

What a wonderful way to finish Term 3, thank you for all you do bringing baking to the Trades Training Centre and to our students. There is no doubt in my mind that you are the best in the business. Great work by all.
