John XXIII Netball Club

I can’t believe we are at the last round of the 2022 netball season. This season has had more challenges than most, between COVID and the weather and all the littles things in between. 

 

I want to thank all of the players that played up with other teams. What a fabulous group of girls that gave their time and energy to ensure other teams could get on court and play. 

Mental Health Awareness round

This week is the Mental Health Awareness round. Players are encouraged to wear a blue armband to support this initiative. All players are encouraged to participate.

Finals

As we start to progress into finals games can become intense. Please remember that the game is for the enjoyment of the players. Coaches decisions are final and should be supported by both parents and players. 

 

Umpires are human and someone’s daughter. If you have a concern with the opposition or the umpires please get the coach or manager to call Milissa.

  • PRIMARY SCHOOL – Friday 26 August 3:30pm – 4:30pm
  • SECONDARY SCHOOL – Wednesday 14 September, 6pm – 7:30pm

Spring Netball

Information for Spring season is now available from PNA. http://www.perthnetball.com.au/spring-competition

 

John XXIII College Netball Club do not officially participate in Spring competition. Spring teams can be organized by parents, please read all of the PNA Spring instructions and information carefully.

 

Please note that players are still registered to JTC Netball Club so code of conduct and behaviour expectations for players and spectators during the Spring competition are the same as the winter season.

 

Forfeit fees and other fines and penalties must be paid directly to PNA by the end of the spring season. 

Umpires

Beginner umpires can now register at the PNA holiday workshops.

Netball Club Jackets

Waterproof John XXIII College Netball jackets are available from the uniform shop. 

The jackets are very warm and the pockets are waterproof, so good for mobile phones.
