Jump Rope for Heart Program!

Join us in the hall every Tuesday from 8.30-8.45am for some fun jump rope exercises. It's not just about staying fit, but also supporting a good cause. I encourage you to sign up to Jump Rope For Heart and start donating to help raise awareness and funds for heart health.

 

We'll go back to Running Club as soon as the weather gets better. We'll keep you updated on when that happens. Until then, let's have a great time jumping for a healthier heart!

 

New Weekly Skipping Challenge!

Learn to master the criss cross and see how many you can do in a row. Record how many skips you get in your Skipping Activity Guide, and record you skips on your fundraising page.
