PFA Year-End Wrap-Up 

On Tuesday 3 December the PFA held its final meeting for the year, and it was a wonderful occasion to celebrate our collective efforts with some light refreshments. It has been an incredibly successful year, and I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of our members for their unwavering support and dedication throughout the year.

A special mention goes to Andrea Webster and Cindy Hughes, two invaluable members of the PFA team, who have provided exceptional support. Their daughters have now graduated and it is time for them to move on to other endeavors. 

Orientation Day Second-Hand Uniform Shop 

Our last event of the year was the Orientation day sale day. It was fantastic to see so many new parents joining us to purchase uniforms for the 2025 Year 7 students, as well as current students. With over $6000 worth of uniform sold, this event highlighted the importance of sustainability within our community, and it was a pleasure to see it embraced so warmly. 

A big thank you to the students who volunteered and helped on the day. The parents appreciate your advice and assistance. You were outstanding representatives of the school.

The uniform shop will reopen on Tuesday 28 January from 2:15 – 3:15pm, and we look forward to continuing our service into the new year. A big thank you to the incredible group of volunteers who consistently show up to manage the shop week after week – your dedication is truly appreciated! 

Save the Date Fundraiser 

Major Fundraising Event on Saturday 22 March.  As we head into the holidays, don’t forget to mark your calendars for our major fundraising event in March 2024. This is going to be heaps of fun, and we encourage you to spread the word to family and friends over the break.
