Foundation / Year 1
As we wrap up this wonderful school year, we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible growth your children have experienced in Foundation and Grade 1!
This year has been full of learning, growth, and memorable moments. From mastering new skills and celebrating them during our 100 days of school celebration, to showcasing their sporting talents at Kaboom, to rounding out the year by spreading Christmas joy by singing Christmas carols at the Senior Citizens. Your children have shown incredible enthusiasm and resilience, learning valuable skills, including our partnership with the Resilience Project where they loved meeting Martin.
We are so proud of the progress each child has made, and grateful for the partnership we’ve shared with you. Your support at home has played a vital role in their learning journey, whether it was through reading together, discussing their day, or cheering them on.
The summer holidays are a perfect time to relax, reflect, and continue fostering a love of learning through play, exploration, and quality family time. Wishing you a joyful holiday season and a happy, healthy New Year. As we say goodbye to the Grade 1 students, we look forward to seeing familiar faces and welcoming new ones in the year ahead!
We look forward to seeing you all in the new school year!
Eliza, Dee and Asha
Year 2
As our school year ends, I would like to thank you all for supporting your child in their learning journey. We are so proud of the progress each child has made, and grateful for the partnership we’ve shared with you. We have had so many wonderful highlights this year, the students shared their favourites today; Kaboom, meeting Martin from the Resilience Project, and having the opportunity to hear James McQuillan’s life story. We would also like to thank Corrie for being a part of our learning journey this year, we are very grateful for everything she has done to support our students. We wish her all the best next year and into the future.
We wish you all a joyful holiday season and a happy, healthy New Year. Have a lovely break with loved ones and we hope you have time to rest and recharge. We look forward to seeing you all next year in Year 3!
Thank you for a wonderful year!

Year 3/4
As we reach the end of the year, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on what a fantastic journey it has been with the 3/4 students in 2024. It has been a year filled with learning, laughter, and growth, and we feel so grateful to have shared it with such a wonderful group of students and supportive families.
From the excitement of our class projects to the memorable excursions, sports days, and daily classroom moments, we’ve seen the students challenge themselves, grow in confidence, and shine in so many ways. Their enthusiasm, curiosity, and determination have been a joy to witness.
We also want to express our gratitude to you, the families, for your ongoing support, encouragement, and involvement throughout the year. Whether it was helping with homework, attending school events, or simply cheering your child on, your partnership has made all the difference.
As we say goodbye to 2024 and look ahead to new adventures, we are incredibly proud of everything the students have achieved, and the young people they are becoming. We wish each and every family a safe, joyful, and restful holiday season.
Thank you for an unforgettable year!

Year 5/6
As we reach the end of another school year, we want to take a moment to reflect on what a wonderful journey it has been with our Year 5/6 students. It has been an absolute pleasure to watch the children grow, take on new challenges, and immerse themselves in all aspects of school life. From academic achievements, to sporting events, school excursions, and community initiatives, the students have shown dedication, enthusiasm, and resilience every step of the way.
To our incredible Year 6 students, we extend our warmest congratulations as they prepare for the next exciting chapter in their education journey. We are so proud of everything they have achieved and the way they have led by example throughout the year. We know they will carry the lessons and friendships from St. Joseph's with them as they move on to secondary school. We will miss their bright smiles, energy, and leadership, and we wish them all the very best for their future endeavours.
A heartfelt thank you also goes out to you, our wonderful parents and carers. Your ongoing support, encouragement, and contributions have been invaluable. Whether it’s cheering at events, helping with homework, or assisting in school activities, your partnership has made a world of difference.
We have truly enjoyed working alongside your children and being part of their learning journey this year. To all of our families, we wish you a safe, joyful, and restful holiday season. We look forward to seeing our Year 5s back in 2025 and hearing about the amazing adventures of our Year 6 graduates.
Thank you for a fantastic year!
