SKiPPS School Disco -
One Week to Go!
The countdown is on! Our 2026 SKiPPS School Disco is taking place next Wednesday 22nd July, and excitement is building.
With more than 200 tickets already sold, this year's disco is shaping up to be another incredible community event. If you haven't booked yet, make sure you don't miss out - ticket sales close this Friday 17th July, and no tickets will be available after this date.
Taking place at Melbourne's iconic onesixone in Prahran, students can look forward to an unforgettable evening of music, dancing and fun with friends. Students are encouraged to dress in their disco best, bring their best dance moves and get ready for a fantastic night.
The night will feature some of Melbourne's best DJs, a photobooth where students can purchase souvenir photos, and the opportunity to secure one of the highly sought-after song requests. Every ticket also includes a glowstick and a souvenir entry wristband.

Session Times
- Foundation to Year 2: 5.00pm - 6.00pm
- Year 3 to Year 6: 6.30pm - 8.00pm
Tickets: $30 per child
Parents are warmly welcome to attend and relax in the dedicated parents' lounge while students enjoy the disco. Parents do not require a ticket to attend. (Please note that children are not permitted in the parents' lounge due to venue licensing requirements.)
Important Information
- Ticket sales close this Friday 17th July 2026
- Entry wristbands and glowsticks will be distributed to students in their classrooms early next week so they can wear them to the event
- No wristband, no entry
- All guests must leave the venue between sessions
- Siblings may only attend their designated year-level session
- No outside food or drinks are permitted
- Younger or older siblings who do not attend SKiPPS cannot attend
- Parents may enter the disco area during the Foundation to Year 2 session only

Parents' Catch-Up
For families with children across both sessions, or anyone looking to grab a meal while waiting, we've once again reserved the beer garden at the High Street Hotel, just a few doors from onesixone.
The hotel will be screening a movie for children while families relax together. As this is a licensed venue, all children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Sign up to The Pass to receive $10 off your bill, and don't forget to enter the code skipps10 to receive an additional 10% discount.
Funds generated through the skipps10 code are tracked throughout the year and returned to the school as a fundraising rebate, so it's another great way to support SKiPPS while enjoying dinner with other school families.
