Farewell Assembly Year 12 - Class of 2024

On Tuesday, 29 October, Aberfoyle Park High School celebrated a significant milestone with a farewell assembly for our Year 12 students, the Class of 2024. 

The event was filled with mixed emotions as we bade goodbye to a diverse and talented group of young people ready to embark on their next journey.

The assembly was a beautiful tribute to the hard work, dedication, and achievements of our Year 12's. 

We also had the pleasure of presenting the Sports Day Shield and the House Cup. Congratulations to Yarta for winning the House Cup for 2024.

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of our students and excited to see what the future holds for them. We wish all the students the best for the future paths they take after leaving high school. Remember, this is not a goodbye, but a “see you later” as you step into the world with confidence.

Congratulations to Year 10 Student Matthew T.

Matthew, a Year 10 student, will be representing South Australia in the National Robotics Competition at Macquarie University in Sydney.

The competition will take place on 7 and 9 December and Matthew will be competing as a member of the Sushi Rollers (Team 15210).

We wish Matthew and the rest of the team all the best as they showcase their amazing skills and innovation on the national stage.

School Graduation and Senior Awards Night

On Wednesday 27 November, the Adelaide Town Hall was filled with joy and pride as Aberfoyle Park High School celebrated the graduation of its Year 12 students. The evening was a heartwarming and uplifting event, honoring the hard work and achievements of our students, teaching staff, support staff, and families.

Our current and incoming school captains did a stellar job as Emcees, guiding the evening with grace and enthusiasm. The musical performances by some of the Year 12 music students, accompanied by our music teacher, were truly amazing and added a special touch to the celebration.

We wish all our graduating students farewell and the very best in their future endeavors. May you continue to achieve great things and make us proud.
