Book An Adventure

It was great to see our students and staff participating in the variety of Book Week activities last week. The week started on Tuesday with our Book Week trivia - congratulations to Cameron (9L2) who scored the most points and won a Book Week prize pack.

Our Movie+Popcorn was a popular event - with all free tickets being collected well before the event started! Students enjoyed the film, Journey2: The Mysterious Island. We finished the remainder of the film the following day.

Our two competitions - Bookmark Design, and the Short Story Writing Competition were popular - with many entries for both competitions. Congratulations to our winners and runner up students. If you haven't yet collected your prizes, make sure to see Mr DeLeon in the Library.

Book Week finished on Friday 22nd August with our always popular Book Character Dress Up Day. It was really good to see so many students and staff dress up this year - well done!

Prizes were awarded for the most creative costumes (student and staff).
