Father's Day Craft 💝
This week, students enjoyed creating magnetic photo frames as a special gift for their dads and carers. They carefully designed and decorated their frames before adding a special photo, creating a thoughtful keepsake to celebrate the important people in their lives. It was lovely to see students putting so much care and creativity into their gifts!
STEM 🌊
In STEM, students explored how plastic waste can pollute our waterways and the impact this can have on our environment and wildlife. Students then worked as designers and problem-solvers, thinking of ways to prevent rubbish from escaping our recycling bins. They designed and created secured lids for our recycling bins, applying their creativity and understanding of sustainability to develop a practical solution.

Over the past few weeks, students have been exploring Vietnam and discovering more about its people, places and culture. We learnt about Vietnam’s population, language, traditional foods, animals and cultural traditions, building our knowledge and appreciation of this fascinating country.
To wrap up our learning, students reflected on what they had discovered and shared some of their favourite new facts. We also enjoyed a lantern-making activity, creating our own colourful lanterns inspired by Vietnamese culture. 🏮✨
