Sports Assembly

Congratulations to our overall top 3 event winners from the 3-6 House Athletics Carnival. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate your achievements in the various event disciplines at our sports assembly last Friday. We now move on to building a District Squad and have notified selected students to consent and pay on compass.

Our overall House Champion this year was Campaspe!

Age group Champions:

10 Boys  - Leo 4RB

10 Girls – Sadie 4RB

11 Boys – Kai 5JK

11 Girls – Kirana 5SH

12+ Boys – Carey 6RT

12+ Girls – Lily 6KF

District Athletics Carnival:

Congratulations to the students who have been selected to compete at the District Athletics Carnival. The event has gone out on compass for families to consent and pay for the event.

Date: Thursday 3rd September

Location: Bill Sewart Track, East Burwood

Time: 8:45am - Please meet at the stadium

Uniform: Sports top, shorts/skort & runners. Spikes are allowed for sprints, relays, long jump, triple jump and high jump.

Our school has been nominated to assist with the Girls Long Jump event and requires 3 parent volunteers otherwise the event won’t go ahead. Can you please email laura.yorke@education.vic.gov.au if you are able to assist.
