If you’re in the area on a Wednesday at approximately 1:30pm and fear an earthquake is approaching, rest assured it’s just the running feet of SPS students to get their weekly icy poles!!

Our Wednesday icy pole day has been enthusiastically received by all students and we’ve had wonderful volunteer support, as well as terrific assistance from our Grade 6 students. 

We have three more icy pole days for the year and if you can spare half an hour to help we’d love to see you! Sign up link is volunteersignup.org/HEFY9

Our “Nuggets in November” Day was also well supported, with a massive 2000 nuggets delivered around the school for our students to enjoy for lunch. A huge thank you to our parent, grandparent and Grade 5 helpers on the day! 

Coming up in December we have our Christmas Concert Sausage Sizzle – sausages will be available to purchase from 4:30pm at our Christmas Concert on Monday 9th December to enjoy with your picnic tea! 

We are still looking for some helpers for this event – there are three 1-hour time slots to choose from. Sign up at volunteersignup.org/E37CK.

We also have our Mini Meal Deal Christmas Snack on Friday 13th December. This consists of a Juice box and a Gingerbread Christmas Cookie and can be ordered via https://compasstix.com/e/g7n4uh4h9k
