Prep, 1 and 2

Nicole has instructed students on how to create a landscape picture using different elements and textures.  Students have used paper, soft pastels and water colour to create a background landscape to add their woolly sheep into.  Sheep have been created by cutting out a sheep shape on card and giving them a winter warm woolly fleece.

New School Mural

Keep those plastic lids/attachments/bottle tops coming in, we need around 1,000 more of all shapes and sizes.

In art this year, Emily is collecting plastic lids to create more collaborative art for our school. Last year, Emily let our school community know that our much-loved and colourful, but deteriorating, tree mural would be replaced with a new mural.  This week, Emily has been working with students on some potential designs and locations for the new artworks.

Families are encouraged to continue to collect as many different types, shapes and colours of clean plastic lids and drop them into our boxes located around the school.
