Welcome to Term 2

Welcome back everyone! It has been wonderful to see how smoothly students have transitioned into the new term. All classes have settled in well, and it has been lovely to see students re-engaging with their routines and learning.

A reminder that Swimming Week will commence on 11th May. In preparation, classes will be reading and engaging with social stories to support students in understanding what to expect and to build confidence around the experience.

Please ensure that all completed permission slips and parent helper forms are returned as soon as possible to support the organisation of this program.

We are looking forward to a fantastic term ahead!

ROOM 6

Room 6 have had a fantastic first 2 weeks of Term 2 at school. 

In Literacy, we have been learning all about phonics through the Little Learners Love Literacy Program.  In Numeracy, we learned about different shapes through matching and tracing shapes.  We explored the different shapes around us. Ladder climbing and low climbing walls were fun in the Climbing Gym and O.T room.  Last but not least, we enjoyed cooking in the Kids Kitchen and visiting our school garden.  We look forward to seeing Room 6 progress and continue to have fun!
