Waste Warriors

Our classes are continuing to do a fantastic job separating their classroom waste, with soft plastics being collected for recycling. In the coming weeks, our dedicated Classroom Waste Warriors will take these soft plastics to Woolworths to be returned through the recycling collection program.

A special thank you to our hardworking Year 5 Waste Warriors, who faithfully collect and empty classroom bins every Tuesday. Your commitment to caring for our environment and helping keep our school clean is greatly appreciated.

Random Acts of Kindness

We love celebrating random acts of kindness, and these thoughtful students continue to impress us with their care for our school environment. This isn't the first time they have taken it upon themselves to help keep our grounds clean. In fact, just yesterday they collected an incredible eight buckets of rubbish from around the school!

Thank you, girls, for your initiative, teamwork and pride in our school. Your actions make a real difference and inspire others to do the same. Keep up the wonderful work!

Garden Update

Our winter garden continues to thrive, with the potatoes and broad beans growing well over the school holidays. We are also looking forward to watching the progress of our lettuce, garlic and carrots as we compare plants grown from seeds with those grown from seedlings.

We warmly invite families to visit our garden at school drop-off or pick-up to see how our crops are growing. We hope you enjoy watching our students' hard work come to life!
