Year 3 and 4 Hooptime

Last Friday, MEPS was proudly represented by seven basketball teams made up of approximately 60 Grade 3 and 4 students who participated in Hooptime at Jubilee Park. It was a fantastic day filled with teamwork, sportsmanship, resilience, determination and plenty of excitement as our students competed in a round-robin competition against other primary schools. Three of our girls' teams — the Mt Eliza Emus, Mt Eliza Emeralds and Mt Eliza Elves — progressed through to the final playoffs. 

The Mt Eliza Elves went on to play an amazing game in the grand final, finishing on top and becoming the winners of the day! A huge congratulations to all students who participated and represented MEPS so proudly, and a special thank you to the many parent volunteers whose coaching, guidance and encouragement helped make the day such a success.
