Junior School Update

JUNIOR SCHOOL UPDATE 

The swimming program was a huge success. Thank you to all of  the amazing helpers who assisted our teachers on the day. Here are some highlights from our students. 

Prep L: 

• Lachie - when we got to jump in the deep end. 
• Sebastian - when we got to choose a free jump on the last day.
• Jono - going underwater with Bella.
• Charlie F - doing backstroke.

Prep N: 

•  Aleks - when we wore our clothes in the pool.
• Soso - when the mums got to help.
• Patrick - doing freestyle.
• Kylie - my swimming teacher. 

Year 1C: 

•  Asher- At swimming I loved doing backstroke and freestyle.
• Holly- At swimming my highlight was freestyle.

Year 1MJ:  

• Ada - At swimming I loved it when we got to wear our clothes over our bathers.
• Leo - At swimming I loved doing the dolphin kick and wearing our clothes in the water.

Year 2H: 

•  Annabelle - The best thing about swimming lessons was when I got better at freestyle.
• James - The best thing about swimming lessons was learning freestyle.

Year 2C: 

•  Louis S - I loved it when we jumped in the pool with our clothes on!
• Willow - meeting my new swim coach and seeing my regular swim instructor Steve!
• William - I like doing torpedoes! 

As we enter into week 8, our Junior classrooms are filled with displays highlighting the rich learning that is happening.
