Harmony Day

Dear Parents and Carers,

This year, we are excited to celebrate Harmony Day on March 20. The theme is “Everybody Belongs.” Harmony Week is an Australia-wide celebration that recognises our cultural diversity and brings together Australians from many different backgrounds. It is a time to celebrate inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone.

At school, we will be celebrating the diversity within our community through a range of classroom-based activities. Students are invited to come dressed in clothing that reflects their culture or background, or in free dress with a touch of orange, which is the colour that represents inclusivity and respect.
