Journeying Together in Christ

Dear Parent, Carers & Friends

School Fair

The support we had for the St Luke’s School Fair was amazing. Thanks to all in our school community who came together for a night of fun, food, connection and entertainment. A special thanks goes out to Raathika, Sheena and their team on the Fair committee, the broader school community group, the long list of businesses who donated goods, services and time, the helpers who helped behind the scenes and all the parents, friends and staff who helped on the night.

Communication Platforms

Thank you for your continued patience and support while the recent disruption to the SIMON / PAM Platform was investigated.

We understand how important these services are to our school communities. The SIMON Platform (web application only) is already restored and available for use. The SIMONEverywhere app is not yet available, but we are assured that it will be fully restored for the beginning of the 2026 school year.

Sandhurst Awards

Two weeks ago the red carpet was rolled out at the All Seasons Bendigo for the inaugural Sandhurst Awards, the first time the Catholic Education Sandhurst community has come together to formally celebrate excellence across its 51 schools and six early learning centres.

Almost 300 educators, students and parents gathered to recognise the individuals and teams who embody our mission and values.

“This is a day of celebration - not only for the remarkable individuals we honour, but for the collective journey we have taken as a Catholic education community,” said Kate Fogarty, Executive Director of Catholic Education Sandhurst.

It was my pleasure to attend and to honour our inaugural award winners. Maisie Moodie and Gustav Feldtmann were recognised for their student leadership and character.

We look forward to the last two weeks of the school year, with special events and a bit of fun as we celebrate Advent in the lead up to Christmas.

Carpark

Please be SAFE by using the pedestrian crossings and watching your children as they enter and exit your vehicle. Please DO NOT stop on the road and let children get out or run to the car and jump in. You need to park and stop before your child leaves the supervised area.

Uniform

Keep encouraging your children to look after their uniform as lost property is growing.

Hats are very important. We will continue to remind the children to wear them.
