Fees 2026

Concessional Fee

The concessional fee is fixed annually by Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS). Approved applicants will be charged only the annual concessional fee, which will cover all standard school fees and levies. To be eligible for the concession fee, the family must hold a current Health Care Card or similar and the family must agree to either a direct debit deduction arrangement or pay their fees in full by the end of Term 1. Application forms will be sent to all current Health Care Card holders and new families for 2025. The application needs to be completed each year.

Direct Debits

If you would like to set up a Direct Debit Payment Plan for 2025, please complete the attached Direct Debit Authority Form.

If you have currently been paying by direct debit we will continue with your payments, or contact you early in 2025 to restart your payments.

Conveyancing Allowance

Conveyancing Allowance is available to families who live more than 4.8klm’s from St Brendan’s and St Brendan’s is the closest Catholic Primary School. Further information is attached.

If you are currently receiving the Conveyancing Allowance, we will continue to claim this on your behalf.
