Wellbeing Empathy and Reconciliation, This week, we’ve been learning about Sorry Day and the importance of reconciliation through the lens of empathy—one of the key GEM values (Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness). , Students explored how listening to and understanding the experiences of First Nations people helps build respect and healing. Keep the conversation going at home by asking your child what they learned about Sorry Day and how they can show empathy in their daily lives.
