Under magnificent sunny skies on Tuesday, the Senior School travelled to SOPAC for the annual athletics carnival. This was followed by another wonderful day on Wednesday, when the Junior School held their carnival at the warm-up track at SOPAC.

Congratulations to all students for their enthusiastic participation across both days. House spirit was clearly evident in every event, contributing to a vibrant and supportive atmosphere.

Events of this scale are only possible through the dedication of staff. We sincerely thank all staff for their hard work, enthusiasm, and professionalism in ensuring the smooth and successful running of both carnivals.

Once again, for the Senior School, the final tally saw Treacy House winners on the day.

2026/27 Cricket Season

St Pius X College Cricket is beginning to gather interest for the upcoming 2026/27 season.

Cricket is a fantastic opportunity for students to develop their skills, represent the College, build friendships and enjoy the challenge of team sport. Whether students are experienced players, returning cricketers, or new to the game, we encourage families to start the conversation at home about getting involved.

Further information about MWJCA registrations, training and season details will be shared soon.

Are you ready to represent St Pius X College Cricket in 2026/27?

We warmly invite all students and their families to join us for our annual Rugby Supporters’ Day at Oxford Falls, now rescheduled to Saturday, 20 June due to inclement weather.

We encourage everyone to stay and show their support for our 1st and 2nd XV teams throughout the day. As a special thank you, students will receive a token for a complimentary sausage sandwich, available from 2:00 pm.

Many of our Year 12 students have been representing the College on the rugby field since Year 5, and it is a wonderful tradition to acknowledge and celebrate their final season. This event is also a fantastic opportunity for younger students to experience the spirit of St Pius rugby and be inspired for their own future journeys.

We look forward to seeing you there on the 20th, cheering loudly and showing your support!
