St Roch’s School theme 2025:

Dear Families,

Welcome to Issue 11 of our iNewsletter! We hope this newsletter continues to keep you up to date with all the news, events and learning that happens at St Roch's.

Grandparents and Special Friends Morning

On behalf of Nadine and the staff at St Roch's we extend our sincere thanks to all the grandparents and special friends who joined us for our Grandparents and Special Friends Morning last Wednesday.  It was truly a joy to witness the warmth and connection our visitors spent time with their grandchildren and our students, actively building those precious relationships.

Their presence made the morning incredibly special, enriching our school community and creating cherished memories for everyone involved. We deeply appreciated the sharing of their time and wisdom with us.

We are so grateful to so many people, especially Ina Odak and Matt Stubbs, Monique Stewart, Hayley Thomas and Jess Mount for their amazing contributions to the success of the morning. Thank you to all families who provided the delicious morning tea, supported the setting up and packing up as well as serving our guests.

Our Year 6 Leaders were exemplary school leaders displaying warmth, welcome, compassion, care and respect to all. An enormous thanks to our staff who created engaging activities in their classrooms, supported the flow of the morning.

Let's not forget our delightful Preps who entertained us all with "We're all going on a Summer Holiday!!"

We are delighted to announce that the generous purchasing of books has provided our students with more than $1600.00 of new books from Jeffrey's Bookshop for our magnificent Library and your children!
