Round 3 vs. Lalor North PS
This week, our teams faced off against Lalor North PS in a challenging round of competition. While the results didn’t go our way, our players showed great determination and teamwork throughout the matches.
Match Results:
🔵 Rounders
Girls: 4-14 (Loss) – The girls played with enthusiasm, putting in a strong effort despite the final score.
Boys: 0-23 (Loss) – A tough match for the boys.
🏏 Cricket
Lalor East PS: 68 | Lalor North PS: 71 (Loss) – A close game that came down to the wire! Our cricketers fought hard but fell just short in a thrilling finish.
🎾 Hot Shots Tennis
Boys: 9-30 (Loss) – The boys put in a great effort against strong opposition.
Girls: 20-23 (Loss) – A nail-biting contest that could have gone either way! Fantastic effort by the team.
Looking Ahead
Next week, our teams will be facing Lalor Primary School. With another week of training under their belts, our players will be looking to bounce back and put in strong performances for another away game.
Despite the results, there were some great individual efforts across all teams, and the spirit of Lalor East PS remains strong. Keep up the hard work, and we’ll be ready for the next challenge!

Round 4 vs. Lalor PS
This week, Lalor East PS took on Lalor PS in an exciting round of competition across rounders, hot shots, and cricket. Our teams put in a fantastic effort, securing victories across the board!
Match Results
🔵 Rounders
Boys: 6 - 8 (Win!)
Girls: 1 - 12 (Win!)
Both our rounders teams showed great skill and determination, with the boys edging out a close contest and the girls delivering a dominant performance.
🎾 Hot Shots Tennis
Boys: 33 - 12 (Win!)
Girls: 27 - 21 (Win!)
Our Hot Shots teams demonstrated excellent control and teamwork, securing strong wins against Lalor PS.
🏏 Cricket (Mixed)
41 - 42 (Win!)
In a nail-biting finish, our cricket team managed to take the win by a single run, showing resilience and teamwork under pressure!
Looking Ahead
Next week, we have a scheduled bye, meaning no games will take place. Training will be moved to Friday morning (21/03/25) instead of Thursday (20/03/25) to keep our teams sharp and ready for the next round.
