Summer sport holiday conditioning programs With school holidays now upon us, the best way for summer athletes to prepare for our first competitive ISA round is to stay healthy and active over the break.
As part of the newly introduced Strength and Conditioning Program, students can now access cardiovascular conditioning training programs to complete in the school holidays on Student Central.
These programs can easily be completed at a local park, court, or field.
Programs can be found on Canvas at Student Central / Extra Curricular / Sport and ISA. Training resumes on Tuesday 10 October, with the first round of ISA competition to take place on Saturday 21 October.
Summer sport team uniforms Summer sport team uniform purchases can be made on the following days from the Chev Shop. Prices can be found on the College website.
Team uniforms are not compulsory for Development Squad members.
