VCE Booklist Information

The early VCE English booklist for 2026 has now been published and is available online at www.campion.com.au using code 2YJF. Alternatively, you can access it through the Beaufort Secondary College website, via the 'Parents' tab under 'Booklists' or you may pick up a copy from the General Office. The early booklist is due back by Sunday 26th October 2025.

New School Vest

We have recently added a new soft-shell vest to our school uniform. These water resistant, unisex vests are a great option for an added layer of warmth on cooler days. They are currently available for in-store purchase from Crockers, Ballarat, for $64.95 and is now available online.

Australian Mathematics Competition Success!

We are thrilled to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students in this year’s Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC) — one of the largest and most prestigious mathematics competitions in Australia and across the Asia-Pacific region.

This year, our students achieved a total of 44 awards across a range of categories, showcasing their problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and perseverance. The AMC challenges students to think creatively and apply mathematical concepts in unfamiliar contexts, and our students rose to the occasion with enthusiasm and determination.

The results included a mix of Distinction, Credit, and Proficiency awards across junior and intermediate year levels. We are particularly proud of the way our students approached each problem with persistence and curiosity — two key habits of successful mathematicians.

A huge congratulations to all participants and award recipients for representing our school with such excellence. Your achievements are a testament to your hard work and passion for learning!

Special thanks also go to our Mathematics Domain for encouraging participation and supporting students in developing their confidence and problem-solving skills. Well done to all our AMC participants — you have made our school proud!
