Kindergarten's Bear-y Special Picnic Day!

Last Friday, our Kindergarten students enjoyed a truly bear-tastic day with a special Teddy Bears Picnic! The children arrived full of excitement, dressed in their cosiest pyjamas and proudly carrying their favourite teddy bears to share the fun.

The day kicked off with some storytelling and craft to match, with everyone making teddy bear crowns.  We all had a joyful fruit break, where students and their teddies sat together to enjoy a delicious treat picnic-style. Giggles, cuddles, and chatter filled the area as the children introduced their fluffy friends to classmates and teachers.

The fun continued with a range of bear-themed activities, from arts and crafts to games and dancing.The laughter didn’t stop until the final dance moves were danced — and by the end of it all, everyone (including the teachers!) was happily exhausted.

A special highlight of the day was a surprise visit from Mr Flynn, who joined in the fun wearing his Bluey pyjamas and brought along his own favourite teddy. His appearance caused a wave of excitement and plenty of smiles!

It was a magical day of imagination, friendship, and fun — one we’re sure the children (and their teddies) will remember for a long time!
