Shine a Light on Our Teachers
Teaching is complex, deeply human work. The expertise and care that our teachers and staff bring to their work every day makes a difference to the lives of our St Francis de Sales children. Not only do they support each child to acquire skills and knowledge, they positively influence how they see themselves and what they believe they’re capable of. That’s worth celebrating!!
I thank our staff for their dedication and commitment. Thanks for the countless hours you give so generously. Your passion is evident in all that you do. Thanks for making a difference. You are appreciated beyond measure. I am so grateful that you are part of our great school community and our high performance results are a testament to your professionalism and compassion. Thank you and a very Happy World Teachers Day 2026.

Thank You and Farewell to Fr Antony
We thank Fr Antony for all his involvement and engagement with St Francis de Sales. He always has a bright, positive smile and has been so willing to go out of his way to support our school. We have loved having him visit our school to talk with the children as part of their sacramental preparation and celebrating Masses with us. We were delighted recently to celebrate his ordination. Fr Antony has been appointed as Parish Priest of St Patrick's Kilmore and we know he will be sensational in this new appointment. We shall miss him and we wish him the very BEST. God bless you always Fr Antony and thank you.
May the road rise up to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face and,
May the rain fall soft upon your field,
Until we meet again,
May you be held in the palms of God's hand.
Enjoy a wonderful extra long weekend.
