FIRST LEGO League – BIOGLOW

Students have begun their FIRST LEGO League Explore program, and this year’s theme is BIOGLOW. Throughout the program, students will explore the fascinating world of rainforests and biodiversity, investigating the variety of living things found within these environments and why healthy ecosystems are so important.

Students will also discover some of the jobs and careers connected to the theme, learning about the people who study, protect and care for rainforests and biodiversity. They will use LEGO to design, build and share their ideas as they work through the challenges of the program.

An important part of FIRST LEGO League is learning and demonstrating its Core Values. Students are encouraged to work as a team, include and respect others, explore new ideas, solve problems creatively and, most importantly, have fun while learning.
