Loving God,

Today we give thanks for a wonderful Term 2 and for all the blessings we have received along the way.

We thank You for the learning that has challenged and inspired us, for the new skills we have developed, and for the confidence that has grown within us. Thank You for our teachers, families, and friends who have supported us each day with encouragement, patience, and care.

We are grateful for the moments of joy and laughter we have shared, the friendships that have been strengthened, and the opportunities we have had to show kindness, compassion, and respect to one another.

As a family, we celebrate how we have grown, not only in knowledge, but also in courage, resilience, and faith. We thank You for helping us to persevere through challenges, to learn from our mistakes, and to recognise the gifts You have given each of us.

Finish this sentence:

This term I am really proud of:

May we carry the memories of this term with us as we enjoy a well-earned break. Fill our hearts with gratitude for all we have achieved and with excitement for the opportunities that lie ahead.

We thank You for a term filled with learning, growing, and loving.

Amen

News around the rooms

Year 2

Our Year 2 students have explored how God helps them grow and change in our faith, just as plants and animals grow and develop. They have explored Bible stories, prayer, and creative activities, and learnt how special it is to belong to God’s family. They learnt that Jesus helps them by being kind, compassionate, and loving.

Year 3

Our Year 3 have learnt that stories from the past, especially Bible stories, teach us about belonging to God’s family and living with kindness and compassion. They have created a Share the Warmth campaign where they are donating winter woolies to the St Vinnies De Paul

Grandparents' Mass – Term 3

We are looking forward to celebrating our Grandparents' next term at our Masses, where we will give thanks for the love, wisdom, and support that grandparents and special older family members bring to our lives.

Following Mass, grandparents will be invited to visit their grandchildren's classrooms to share in some of the wonderful learning taking place across the school. Parents and carers are warmly invited to join us in the staffroom for a coffee, and the chance to connect with one another and members of our school community.

As with any school event, there may be occasions when unforeseen circumstances require changes to the schedule or arrangements. While we will do our very best to avoid this, we appreciate your understanding and flexibility should any adjustments become necessary.

Upon arrival for our Mass at 12.00, please wait near the Office courtyard entrance and a member of staff will escort you to our Chapel.

We look forward to welcoming our grandparents and families for what is always a joyful and memorable celebration.
