AFL 9s District Champions!

St Carlo Borromeo Primary School is delighted to congratulate both our Boys' and Girls' AFL 9s teams on their outstanding success in winning the District AFL 9s Finals against Greenvale Primary School.

Throughout the competition, both teams demonstrated exceptional teamwork, determination, resilience, and sportsmanship. Their commitment and effort on the field were a credit to themselves, their coach Mr Troy, and our school community. We are incredibly proud of the way they represented St Carlo Borromeo and congratulate every player on this fantastic achievement.

As District Champions, both teams have now qualified for the Woodlands Division AFL 9s Finals, where they will compete against the best schools in the division.

The next stage of the competition will take place on Thursday, 23 July (Term 3, Week 2) at Arena Reserve, James Mirams Drive, Roxburgh Park.

We wish both teams the very best of luck and look forward to cheering them on as they continue their AFL 9s journey. Go St Carlo!

NMR Cross Country Champions

St Carlo Borromeo Primary School is proud to acknowledge four students who proudly represented the Greenvale District at the Northern Metropolitan Regional Cross Country Championships, held last Wednesday at Bundoora Park.

Congratulations to Imogen O’Donnell, Vana Alex, Jayden Morlacci, and Raphael Achilles on this outstanding achievement. Qualifying to compete at the regional level is a testament to their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to training.

Each student represented our school and district with enthusiasm, determination, and excellent sportsmanship. We are incredibly proud of their efforts and the way they embraced the challenge of competing against some of the region's strongest cross-country runners.

Well done to Imogen, Vana, Jayden, and Raphael on your fantastic performances. Your St Carlo Borromeo community celebrates your achievement and wishes you continued success in your future sporting endeavours.
