Toogoolawah High Rugby League Girls Tackle the Western Clydesdales Gala Day

Our Toogoolawah State High School Rugby League girls proudly represented our school at the Western Clydesdales Footy Gala Day held in Highfields on 22 October.

It was a warm day, but that didn’t stop our students from giving it their all. The girls participated in a range of activities focused on developing their understanding of attack, defence, and overall game play. Throughout the sessions, they showed great teamwork, determination, and enthusiasm, qualities that make us so proud of their efforts both on and off the field.

The day concluded with a series of round games, giving students the chance to put their learning into action in a supportive and fun environment.

A huge thank you goes to the Western Clydesdales and NRL for hosting such a valuable and enjoyable event. It provided an excellent opportunity for our students to grow their skills, confidence, and love of the game.

Well done, girls — your sportsmanship and commitment were outstanding!
