Hello everyone, I am back!

It has been a little while, and I am truly looking forward to reconnecting with you all.

Being quite unwell recently has given me an unexpected opportunity to learn. Sometimes life slows us down for a reason. I’ve taken some valuable lessons from this experience, and I’d love to share them in the hope they might support someone else.

  • Be kind to yourself, you are doing the best you can.
  • It’s okay to talk to someone about how you are feeling.
  • Let others help you. You don’t have to do everything alone.
  • Listen to advice, sometimes there is wisdom waiting for you there.
  • Good friendships are incredibly valuable.
  • Don’t skip topless… your breasts might remind you gravity is real! 😉
  • All emotions are valid, every single one.
  • There are more ups than downs, even when it doesn’t feel like it.
  • Know your limits and work with what you’ve got.
  • Know your body and listen to it.

     

I’m grateful for the lessons. Sometimes growth comes wrapped in challenges, and sometimes laughter helps us through.
