Festival of Bands TONIGHT 26/8/2025

Ryde Eisteddfod
On Thursday 14 August, Roselea Training, Junior and Concert Bands proudly represented the school at the Ryde Eisteddfod. Congratulations to all three bands for their outstanding performances and musical dedication. A special shout-out to the Training Band for receiving an Honourable Mention—an impressive achievement!
🎶 Celebrating Indie B’s musical success! 🎶
On Sunday 10 August, Indie B (3F) was awarded third place in the Junior Music Festival hosted by the Music Teachers’ Association of NSW. Performing in front of a large audience, she delivered an oboe solo featuring her favourite pieces from her recent Grade 3 exam. Competing in the Intermediate category against 16 outstanding young musicians, she impressed the judges with her "beautiful tone, confident phrasing and attention to dynamics". Congratulations, Indie – we’re so proud of you!
