Art-Making for Neurodivergent Teens
Get creative, make art and express yourself in this inspiring workshop made especially for neurodivergent teens. Led by artist and educator Emma “Ruby” Armstrong-Porter, who has lived experience of neurodivergence, this hands-on collage session invites you to explore identity, interests, emotions and the things that make you uniquely you. This workshop is all about creativity, connection and trying new ways to tell your story through art in a welcoming, low-pressure space.


When: Thursday, 02 July, 1.00pm - 3.00pm: Years 7-9
Friday, 03 July, 1.00pm - 3.00pm: Years 10-12

NGV Teens: Sketchbook Sessions
Are you working on your art folio at school or perhaps you enjoy drawing in your free-time? Sharpen up your observational drawing skills with artist Rose Louey in these drawing sessions just for teens.
Set in the galleries of the 19th Century Australian Art Collection, enjoy drawing challenges related to art works while practicing skills and techniques such as contour, shading and texture.


When: Monday, 06 July, 11.00am - 12.30pm: Years 7-9
Monday, 06 July, 2.00pm - 3.30pm: Years 10-12
