Year 4 in Term 2

 

In Numeracy this term, we have been exploring fractions and decimals. We have been learning about naming, comparing, equivalent and mixed fractions as well as exploring how to order them and place them on a number line. We then used our fraction knowledge to expand our place value knowledge of decimals to tenths and hundredths. We enjoyed being able to see that connection between fractions and decimals.
