College Ball
As we look forward to this year's College Ball at the Mantra Lighthouse, we would like to extend a special thank you to the Ball Committee for assisting in organising this year's event. We have 190 students attending and are looking forward to a wonderful evening.
We would like to remind everyone of some important expectations and information provided by the venue to help ensure a safe and enjoyable evening for all guests.
The Mantra Lighthouse has advised the College of the following:
Vape and smoke detectors are installed throughout the venue. If these detectors are activated, the event may be shut down and concluded immediately.
Security guards will be present at the venue, and no students will be permitted to leave before 10.30 pm unless authorised by the Principal.
We know students enjoy arriving in a variety of vehicles; however, burnouts, excessive revving, hooning, and other unsafe driving behaviours will not be tolerated. Bunbury Police have been notified of the event and will be present in the area conducting patrols.
The College has developed and maintained a strong, positive relationship with the Mantra Lighthouse over many years. We ask all students to assist us in preserving this relationship by demonstrating respectful and responsible behaviour throughout the event.
Doors open at 5.30 pm for arrivals and close at 6.00 pm, when the evening's formal proceedings will commence.
Please also be aware that while many students may attend an "After Ball Party", these events are not organised, endorsed, or supervised by the College. We encourage all students to look after one another, make responsible decisions, and remember that their actions continue to reflect on themselves, their families, and the College community.
