Welcome to Classroom Corner!

Our amazing Year 3 students have been busy drafting a persuasive speech to convince an audience to visit a holiday destination in Australia. For their checkpoint task they wrote a draft of a speech about visiting the Sunshine Coast! For their final task they will deliver a spoken presentation, accompanied with a keynote visual presentation convincing people to visit the Gold Coast. They are learning about speech structures, persuasive techniques used in advertising and features of voice to use to engage an audience.
